Trust Him - He still speaks

The month of November 2018, was super special. First time in our lives, we were able to stand against the negative battles of mind and take bold decisions to see changes in our mission and ministry.

We were afraid to take bold steps in our life and mission; it is because our decisions always lingered around practical difficulties, funds, super-logical approach and being cautious. It is difficult to take a step of faith when your vision is steep. We were caught in that whirlwind.

It was during this time; we together prayed and decided to organize a Christmas Outreach/Carnival program in two villages. This programs will certainly help us to closely associate with the villagers and establish our vision to start children club in their village in upcoming year.

The decision was easier  to make but when we started practically thinking about it; we were afraid and our mind came up with numerous logical (negative) reasons. It drove us to think we as small individuals can’t dream big. This is where the Lord taught us to listen and trust Him – it may seem illogical or irrational but He is with you while you make the leap in faith. Thus the month of November taught us a very important lesson “Trust Him – He still speaks”

Mission Updates

Sunday School: Our ministry with children in the surrounding villages is going very well. We were praying that this Christmas season, new doors will open and children will be reached through our ministry.

Program: It will an open-air meeting with stage, lightening, sound system and decorations. It will be conducted in the center part of the village for the villagers to come & witness the program.

Special Moment: Children from the same village will perform dance, skit, action songs, and sing songs before their parents and neighbors.

Christmas Message: All the programs will be centered on Birth of Jesus and Gospel message. The children are performing Christ birth skit, Christmas Songs and dances.

Christmas Gift: We are planning to give out Christmas gifts to all our children in these villages; appreciating their talent and participation in the programs.

Local Fundraising: It will be a huge task in terms of funds, we were sharing our vision will local donors and envisioning them to contribute and share. We strongly believe, our Lord will provide.

Volunteers: The Lord helped us to gather 15 volunteers for the program. They will be directly heading different activities and guiding the children for the program.

Our November Joy and Thanksgiving!

Christmas Outreach Volunteers Meet
We thank the Lord for adding one more year in our lives; Jeba and Me celebrated our birthday this November. It was fun and celebration with our family.

We had our successful Christmas Outreach volunteer meeting; we were able to gather 15 volunteers for the program.

We got permission from the village heads to conduct the program in their village; they assured their full support.

Pray for Us

Pray for us, as we are working towards in starting children club in the coming year. This Christmas Outreach would set out a platform for us to enter the village with regular project (Children Club).

Pray for us, as we need more strong volunteers and funds for the children outreach programs in the coming month.
Pray for Us!

Pray for wisdom and strength for both of us; helping us to envision the journey and walk boldly towards it.

Thank you so much for joining us in praying for our mission journey. Please do comment and send us your response. It will be of a great help.

With love,

Hanni &Jeba
