Lighter Moments with our Kids
Life is challenging, like sailing on a stormy sea. The month of June turned out to be overwhelming, exhausting, rushed and stressed but the Lord helped us to sail through and reach the other shore with a smile.

We both realized we are not in control and allowed the Lord to work through us. It is human to look our problems and take our eyes off the Lord. However, it was a time of realizing “nothing is impossible for our heavenly father or no barrier confuses God or poses any kind of challenge for Him”.

Let me explain and I hope it will encourage all of you. We were planning to register our ministry with the government; so that we could freely work with the children and minister to them. However, when we approached the government we faced many obstacles and barriers; like they need bribe and services charges during every step of registration. We did not agree for any payment under the desk. Hence, we were tossed to and fro from office to office but we could not register at all. We both were sad and we prayed continuously for God to intervene and direct us to right people. The Lord answered our prayers and gave us peace to be still in the midst of storm.

We are not losing hope, He is enough. We will be trying again this month, to register, keep us in prayers.

Regular Ministries and Volunteer projects:

Action Songs @ our Sunday School
Sunday School: We were able to take regular Sunday school only in our local church. The village children were busy in their school activities because the academic year just started. However, we went to the village frequently and shared lighter moments with them.

English Classes for Teens: We are preparing standard workbook for our classes, last month has been a time of preparation and the book is in the final stage for printing. This would be an effective tool to prepare the teen for the course.

Youth Meeting: Every Monday, all the youths of our local church visit a family in our village for fellowship, prayer and blessing. It will be a time of Prayer, Sharing, Bible study and witnessing Christ to one another. The month has been a blessing, we could visit families and prayed for them.

JUST A START; MILES TO GO This is our first blog ever in our life; through this blog we are excited to share our vision and ministry journey with all of you. Our beginning: From the year 2008, after our theological studies we began serving the Lord in different capacities with various mission organizations in India. For the next nine years in missions, the Lord took us through an unforgettable mission journey in north India helping us to learn and work with children, teens, and women in India.   Specific Call: In the year 2017, we prayed and moved to a remote village as independent missionaries in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Finding Hope in Death & Grief

Our Precious Team  The month of September is been dreadful and it’s death news all around. We have at-least 30 individuals (Family, Friends and dear ones) who are affected by the pandemic and are under quarantine. Sadly, we lost five members (family & friends) for Covid-19 this month. A good friend of mine; lost his mom and father-in-law within a span of two days. My student and brother in Christ lost his life in Covid. He was very young, just 24 years old, leaving behind his wife who was 3 months pregnant. No words could express the situation that both the families went through. While I was speaking to them, I realized no matter how unexpected or unpredictable the situation is when death occurs, it shakes us to the core and the pain is inescapable. The month of September was a tough journey for both of us. We constantly are praying and comforting all the families who were under treatment and care.
