The month of March started normally as any other month but due to the rise of the Covid cases led to shut down for all the ministry activities.   Covid-19 pandemic has brought the entire nation to a halt. “Stay Home & Stay Safe” is what we have been hearing and following for past 15 days. We are under lock down and presently going through a high rate of Covid Cases rising up in the country. Last month blog I wrote about “ we realizing all of life’s daily challenges are a new opportunity to see His hand over our lives. The month of February 2020, we faced various challenges in ministry. We realized all of life’s daily challenges are a new opportunity to see His hand over our lives. An Unusual Celebration of a deity The village where we work with children (Little Transformers Club); celebrated a local village festival where thousands of devotees from the other villages converge on the day of Maha Shivratri to worship the deity (goddesses). The festival is organized for 10 days. The festival is particularly known for its very intriguing body accessorization. Children back from Vacation The month of January 2020 was a time of preparation and planning for the ministries in our village. Though at different stages it was challenging time, Jesus helped us to stay focused in Him and overcome all the difficulties through prayer. We thank you all for praying and supporting us in this mission journey. During our Christmas Program, the schools declared vacation for the children. Hence, we let the children go and enjoy their vacation with their parents and relatives. Most of the children visited their native places and spent time with their parents and family. Our Preparation of Study Material During this vacation, we as a team could plan and set out small curriculum for the next few months. Christmas Celebration (Walking through Miracles): We walked through miracles each and every day in the month of December. The Lord is good and he brought right people in our lives to help about 75 children in and through our Little Transformers Club. Christmas Dance It was our first Chr istmas Celebration under Little Transformers Children Club. The plan was to conduct Christmas Program in the village by bringing in all the villagers and sharing the Good News through Christmas programs performed by their own children. We start with Prayer  The month of November, we experience abounding grace in our family and ministry. Our small steps of faith are honored by God by blessing us through His abounding grace. When we turn our hearts to Christ, we behold His glory as in a mirror and the people whom we meet; see Him through us. As we started the Children Club, we had 29 kids registered for the project. Within November, the numbers raised up to 75 children in the club. Presently, we are not able accommodate or manage them because of lack of space and teachers. Though it is difficult, we press on to help as many children possible. Talent Show in progress Every day, they start their daily classes after prayer and then go in their respective groups to study and learn a skill. This month, we conducted talent show within the project where the children came and showcased their dancing, singing, acting and mimicry skills. It was real fun to see them happy and laughing. The month of October is so special because we successfully started our Children Club in the village for our children. We prayerfully named the club as “Little Transformers”. Presently, we have 29 registered kids attending the program; where two volunteers are helping us in teaching and reaching them with the Gospel. Presently, we have started it in a small space (living room of a believer). The children come regularly to the project, where our volunteers help them in their studies and also help them learn a skill. We are praying for regular financial support to hire a bigger space for the project. We have identified a space and it is presently under construction. The land owner is building it slowly because of lack of funds. We are praying he will finish it fast and we could occupy the space by this New Year.
